Long time no post

Well sorry everyone, whoops so much for my weekly blog update hey!!

So lots been happening, ScrapLounge is almost here and it's all so exciting! We already have a heap of amazing retailers on board as sponsors which is fabulous and I'll be adding them all to my fave scrap sites link soon.

With the extra time I have now that I'm not uploading new products or packing orders I've been scrapping away like a crazy person! I've added some of my favourite recent creations. Most of them where for our EMM cybercrop last weekend which was sponsored by http://www.kitiq.com.au/ and the girls produced some amazing creations, the other pages were done for the Cybercrop over at http://www.chookscraps.com.au/ Lorraine and the dt girls put on a fabulous cybercrop let me tell you!!!

Lilly and Meg are back at daycare this week so I took Emma to the Andy Warhol exhibition on Monday - it was fabulous and I'll be going back by myself before it finishes in March - a four year old can only tolerate so much art at one time..lol.

Emma starts school next week OMG!!! She's very excited but i think may be quietly nervous too as she's had a few bad dreams the last couple of nights. she'll be fine and I'll have the camera ready and waiting for the big event!

Meg still has no teeth but gee are they giving her some greif! She's happily sitting up by herself now, and is mannaging two or three leg moves in the crawling department....she finds bouncing like a little frog easier...it's so cute!!!

Lilly is very happy to be back at kindy with her friends and is the cheeky little monkey as always, and she now says "Emma" instead of "Memma" which she's very proud about :)

This LO is of Lilly at one day old snuggling into mum (should I say nana)

This one is about how Miss Emma has to be the centre of attention for photos, unless I actually want her beautiful smiling face in the photo then she refuses to do it!

THis one was a play around with paint. I'm suposed to be doing an online 4wk course through Big Picture scrapbooking with Emily falconbridge and this is as far as I've gotten...lol.

I'm trying to scrap my older photos before taking too many new ones and this was a great little moment to scrap. It's Emma when she was about 14mths climbing away

This one is using the lovely new Basic Grey Two Scoops range which I picked up from Love 2 Scrap in Booval, photo of Lilly and her obsession with the bottle and dummy.

that's it for me until next time!!!

Some recent creations

'That Look' is a LO I did the other week when I got Emma's kinder photos back. It was a quicky 20 min creation (very rare for me), and I've rediscovered the Basic Grey plain papers and am in love! I think they're replacing Bazzill for me at the moment for backgrounds. They just seem to have a real grungy feel which I'm also loving at the moment.

I made the canvas 'Adison' using the Oh Baby Girl range from Basic Grey - an oldy but a fave! The photo is of my sweet baby neice Adison, who I'm yet to meet...bring on Christmas!

Family update: Meg is happily rolling about the place, and today took her first backward crawl....she suprised herself too lol.

Emma and Lilly are fighting like cats and dogs every half hour but it's ok because the other half hour they're best friends and playing beautifully together ...kids hey!

Kevin is busy working and is just getting back into doing a bit of research into his family history which is MUCH BETTER than wasting hours playing GTA in my opinion...lol

And me, well what a crazy mix of emotions it is closing down the shop section of my website and changing it all over to the new format. I'm finding it quite sad seeing all the products disappear from the shelves now that Ihave my clearance sale on. It's going to be great though - I'm already finding that I have heaps more time and a lot less pressure.

Until next time

Daddy's home!!

Yay, Kevin's been home for six days now so we're all very happy!!! Well apart from Lilly who hasn't been all that well. She had a high temp on Thursday and has been very grizly ever since. She was slightly better today and by the look of her sopping wet shirt tonight I'm guessing it is the dreaded teeth coming through! She doesn't usually get SO out of sorts but they must be sore ones.

We've had a very lazy weekend here, it's been too hot to do much except sit in the nice airconditioning :)

Emma and Lilly have been having lots of fun with all their toys (in other words totally destroying the place), Meg is also teething so has been a bit grumpy. Thank got the Homeopathic teething tablets work for her!

We were very excited the other day when I picked up Emma's Prep uniform for next year....she looks sooooo cute and grown up in it!!! I can't believe she's only a couple of months off starting school WOW!

The big news for me is that I've decided to sell EMM. The decision was extremely hard but I really feel it's time as I'm really struggling to keep up with everything. Now to find a new home for my OTHER baby!

A great day

Well starting off with a nice little sleep in till 8:45 - I was VERY happy with that after Meg's 5:30-6:00am wake up cries all week.

We had Poached and Boiled eggs for breaky then headed down to the Nature Centre at Queen's Park to see the animals. It was really nice weather - hot but a nice cool breeze. I forgot the camera so no piccies of the Park *sorry* but then we came home and had a Picnic lunch in the backyard ..as you can see in the picture. Now you may ask why are we having the picnic on the concrete instead of the grass? Well our backyard is infested with green ants and they HURT when they bite so at least on the concrete we can relax without the worry of ants getting us!

The other pictures are from this last week. Emma and Lilly making lunch wearing the cute little Aprons Lynette made up with leftover material from my Craft Fair aprons. All three girls just seem to be growing up so fast at the moment...it's scary!!!

THANK YOU Shazzy!!!

What a wonderful group of talented scrapping friends I have!!! Especially the beautiful Shazz Pratten. Today I drove down to the Gold Coast with Tam and Grace to go to Linda's Stampin Up party and while I was there Shazz gave me this gorgeous canvas of Meg. IT's just soooooooo beautiful and bought tears to my eyes when her gorgeous girl Kait gave it to me. Here's a photo of it, but of course it looks much, much better in real life (and her two big sisters what their own canvas as well now...lol)

There's also some photos of the girls from this week. Have a good one everyone!

A Lazy Sunday at home

Well, Kevin got home yesterday which was a few days earlier than expected so we've just had a lovely relaxing day at home today. It was raining all day which is WONDERFUL but of course the girls were getting sick of playing inside but still managed to entertain themselves with lots of books and their Thomas trains. Daddy also gave Emma and Lilly a manicure and pedicure...they love it!!!

Here are some photos from today.

some recent piccies

Here are just a few recent photos of the girls. Emma is really enjoying holding (and sometimes picking up without asking) Meg.

Lilly is also getting much more excited about her now that she's starting to giggle and goo and gaa.
